Important Information for Responsible Party

Please note that the annual $50 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment if paying by cash or check. For all other payment options, the registration fee will be included in your FACTS online draft. For additional information regarding The Arts School policies for group classes, please refer to the group classes page of our website.

Please note that The Arts School reserves the right to cancel and/or deny lessons for payments not received. A $15 late fee will be added to each payment that is late.
