Summer at POPCS

Summer Camps:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to camp start date will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. 
Fees for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to camp start date are non-refundable.

Summer in the Zone:
All cancellations for Summer in the Zone will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Summer School:
All cancellations for Summer School will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Students attending Summer at POPCS programs are encouraged to wear casual, weather appropriate clothing, such as

• T-shirts
• Shorts
• Sneakers/tennis shoes 

Shorts and swimwear should be modest.  Summer at POPCS staff have the authority to dismiss any student for inappropriate dress.

Students attending Summer at POPCS programs are required to display appropriate behavior.  Summer at POPCS staff have the authority to dismiss any student for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

All students on campus during summer hours must be registered in a Summer at POPCS program, unless engaged in other official activities. Visitors to campus must check in at the main school office.

Prince of Peace Christian School may cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or other reason.  In the event of program cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

By submitting registration for any summer program, it is understood that Prince of Peace Christian School reserves the right to dismiss or request the withdrawal of any student if their behavior is considered undesirable or if they fail to adhere to established rules and regulations.  Dismissal, suspension, or withdrawal from a program will warrant no refunds.  Students who withdraw or are dismissed after any Summer at POPCS program begins will not receive a refund.
