POPCS App for Staff

Download the newly updated POPCS Mobile App for quick access to important news, announcements, calendars, and links. Find the App on GOOGLE PLAY or the APP STORE.

All parents are encouraged to download the app and use this as the primary source of information for announcements, community directory, calendars, event registrations, and more!

Once the app has loaded on your device, open it and tap the icons at the bottom to navigate to the different areas. See below for more information on customizing your POPCS app experience.

Log In

For security purposes, some content on the POPCS app requires a login to view.   You will use the same login credentials for both the POPCS app and Parent Place.  You must be logged in to see the Chat feature.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to log in.

Step 1

Enter your username.  Your username is the same as your FACTS Family Portal (Renweb) username.  Don't remember your username?  No problem!  Enter your email address and press Next.  Note...if you are a new staff member and do not yet have a FACTS/Renweb account, you will need to set that account up first.

Step 2

Enter your password.

If you have forgotten your password, or are a first-time user, click the Forgot Password button.  

You will be prompted to enter your email again.  You will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve your username and password.

Step 3

Select your language
