Uniforms for are required for all children in in Preschool Prep 2's through Grade 12. Uniforms for Preschool Prep may be purchased in the school store. Uniforms for Preschool 3 – Grade 12 must be purchased through Risse Brothers Uniforms.

Students are prohibited from using a cellular telephone within a school building or on campus during regular school hours (8:00-3:05).  This includes lunch and Block Time (clubs, chapel, announcements, etc.) Students will have access to their cell phones before 8:00 a.m. and after 3:05 p.m. Devices are to remain out of sight and not used during the school day. Students will be expected to keep cell phones in their lockers, cars, or backpacks for the school day. (Not in clothes pockets) Parents and guardians are able to communicate with students through the school office. 

Seniors are permitted one off-campus lunch per month, with parent permission.  Juniors are awarded off-campus privileges in the spring semester with parent permission.  

• Provide an iPad and required accessories at your own expense.  iPad must be a 10.2" screen or larger and be capable of running the current iPadOS 17 operating system
• Register for a POPCS-provided iPad

Upper School

Upper School students must bring a device to school for use each day. Students may choose the device they are most comfortable with, either an Apple iPad or a laptop computer, as long as it meets certain specifications. Many students use iPads, but most prefer a laptop for ease in writing and editing papers. 

Devices not permitted include a cell phone or other mobile device, Chromebook, “mini” tablet, or non-Apple tablet.

POPCS is an evangelical school, meaning that we do accept students of all faith backgrounds whose families are seeking a Christian education.  As outlined in Matthew 28:16-20, Jesus's instruction to his disciples is to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you", POPCS seeks to teach children about Jesus.

After school care is available for students in preschool and lower school on school days and most school holidays through The Zone.  Middle school students have the option to stay after school until 5:00 p.m. in a supervised study hall.  The Zone and middle school study hall do require an additional fee.
