Parent Place Login
For Returning Parents & Students
Due to enhanced security measures, Parent Place and the FACTS Family Portal will no longer require the use of the same login credentials (same username and password).
While your username will remain the same you will need to reset your password for Parent Place and the POPCS app. Click on Forgot Username or Password to reset.
You will use the same login credentials for both Parent Place and the POPCS app.
For New Parents & Students
- Click Forgot Username or Password.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
- Once you have setup your password, you will be able to login to both the website and the app with your new credentials.
