Group Classes
The Arts School offers group classes for students in art, drama, piano, dance, and strings.
Young artists will explore various art styles through projects inspired by a diverse collection of famous artists past and present from around the world.
Wednesdays, 3:15-4:15 p.m.
Learn the fundamentals of jazz dance style and technique, while also learning fun choreography and dance combos! All ability levels are welcome, but steps will be broken down to the basics to build proper form in skill and flexibility.

All students will need to purchase and wear black slip-on or “no lace” jazz shoes for class.

Discover the art of jazz at The Arts School! Learn jazz repertoire and how to improvise. Experience master classes with other professional jazz musicians. Enjoy recitals and playing opportunities outside The Arts School.

Is your child overly dramatic or a shower singer? Then POP PLAYERS is the class for them! POP Players Children's Theater focuses on building confidence through singing, dancing, and acting. Our classes culminate in a musical theater production. Come join our creative adventure this semester!
“MONSTER STREET” - Can you tell me how to get, how to get to MONSTER Street?”
All the Furry Monster friends are getting together to put on a musical show on Monster Street. Our colorful cast of fuzzy characters learn many important life lessons as they sing and dance through the show!
“We Are Monsters” - A silly and not-so-scary musical
“We Are Monsters” is your ticket to a quirky musical cabaret of talented and hilarious monsters. Follow human kids into the adventure as they uncover vegetarian vampires and rock n’ roll werewolves and find there’s more to these kooky monsters than meets the eye (or eyes!)! Discover the value of friendship and what is unique makes us special. This show is full of catchy tunes, funny lines, and crazy characters.
These classes focus on the fundamental skills that are needed by actors to perform effective stage combat.

Note: No classes on September 2, October 7, November 18, and November 25 due to school holidays.
Suzuki group classes reinforce concepts and repertoire introduced in private lessons. Depending upon the level of the group, it may include such things as pre-Twinkle songs, instrumental position games, review of Suzuki repertoire in an ensemble setting, note-reading on the student's instrument, or playing Suzuki and supplemental repertoire in multiple parts.
Suzuki group classes are only offered to students enrolled in Suzuki private instruction. All Suzuki students must enroll in group class for the duration of the school year. Please consult with your private teacher regarding placement.
