LOWER SCHOOL MUSIC
Teachers share the joy of music with students daily in Lower School. You will hear singing in the classroom, playground, and weekly in chapel. Students in K-Grade 3 have the opportunity to sing daily and weekly in chapel services. Each spring Grade 2 students prepare and perform in a musical.
Beginning in Grade 4 and through Grade 5 students become a part of the Eagle Choir under the direction of POPCS Fine Arts Chair, Gregg Matthews. The Grade 4 and Grade 5 choirs perform throughout the school year but highlights of their year include Grandparents Day performances, the Christmas Choir Concert, and the annual Grade 5 Musical.
