- Non-refundable new student application fee $125
- One time $500 facility fee due upon enrollment for new students entering Kindergarten - Grade 12.
- Annual registration fees are due upon enrollment.
- Registration fees and facility fees are non-refundable.
- Dining service provided by Flik Independent School Dining. Dining fees are required.
- Tuition does not include additional fees incurred for uniforms, Eagle Success Center programs, athletics, class trips, AP testing or elective classes.
- Families with more than one child attending POPCS will receive a $500 annual discount beginning with the second child. Multi child discounts apply to full time students only. Part time students do not qualify for multi child discounts.
- School supply packs will be delivered to classrooms before the first day of school.

- FACTS is the primary billing tool for all payments made to POPCS, including tuition and fees. All families are required to create a FACTS account for payment of tuition and other incidental fees.
- Payment plan fees are charged per student, and will be due with first payment on June 1, 2024.
- A $30 fee will be assessed by FACTS for any returned payments.
