We know tuition is a big decision, and we’re here to help families understand the value and explore options to make a POPCS education possible.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts

The TEFA program was created by the Texas Legislature to give families more choice in their children's education. The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts administers the program.

Starting in the 2026–27 school year, funds will be made available to eligible students accepted into the program that can be applied to tuition or other approved education expenses.

POPCS has elected to apply and participate in the program. Applications for families will be available in February 2026 through the Texas State Comptroller.

Annual registration fees are due upon enrollment.
Registration fees and facility fees are non-refundable.
Dining service provided by Flik Independent School Dining. Dining fees are required.
Tuition does not include additional fees incurred for uniforms, Eagle Success Center programs, athletics, class trips, AP testing or elective classes.
Families with more than one child attending POPCS will receive a $500 annual discount beginning with the second child. Multi child discounts apply to full time students only. Part time students do not qualify for multi child discounts.
School supply packs will be delivered to classrooms before the first day of school.
