is continuing to form a moral conscience based on Christian teachings, and evaluating their own moral choices with increasing clarity.
recognizes the need for forgiveness and reconciliation in their personal relationships.

Leading with Courage & Compassion

is an active participant, not just a spectator, in their workplace, church and community.
recognizes their gifts while celebrating the gifts and passions of others.
makes decisions based on a Christian moral foundation, not on personality, attitude or pressures.
is confident and articulate in their beliefs but open to what others have to say.
