2026 Valedictorian & Salutatorian Announced

Congratulations to the POPCS 2026 Valedictorian & Salutatorian!

Prince of Peace Christian School is proud to recognize Ariel Huang as the Class of 2026 Valedictorian and Elisabeth Moss as the Class of 2026 Salutatorian. These outstanding students have distinguished themselves through academic excellence, leadership, service, and involvement across the POPCS community.

Ariel Huang, a POPCS “lifer,” began her Prince of Peace journey in 2013. During her time in the Upper School, Ariel has achieved a core cumulative GPA of 4.8056 and has completed 17 AP courses, including five during her senior year alone.

Having completed both AP Seminar and AP Research, along with passing four additional AP exams, Ariel earned the prestigious AP Capstone Diploma by the end of her junior year. She was also named an AP Scholar with Distinction in both 2024 and 2025, an honor given to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and score a 3 or higher on five or more AP exams.

In addition to her academic achievements, Ariel has been an active and involved member of the POPCS community. She has participated in the theater program, served as a member of the National Honor Society, mentored younger students through Academy 4, and been part of the Praise and Worship Team. She was also awarded District All Star Cast recognition at this year’s TAPPS One Act Play Competition.

This fall, Ariel plans to attend Duke Kunshan University, where she will major in Global Health with a track in Biology.

Elisabeth Moss, this year’s Salutatorian, joined Prince of Peace in ninth grade. During her time in the Upper School, Elisabeth has achieved a core cumulative GPA of 4.7188 and has completed 11 AP courses, including four during her senior year.

Like Ariel, Elisabeth completed both AP Seminar and AP Research and passed four additional AP exams, earning the prestigious AP Capstone Diploma by the end of her junior year. She has also been named an AP Scholar with Distinction by the College Board.

Elisabeth is a National Merit Commended Scholar, one of only 34,000 students nationwide recognized for outstanding academic ability, scholarly aptitude, and preparedness for future academic success.

Throughout her time at POPCS, Elisabeth has been involved in theater, volleyball, track, and robotics. She has served as an Academy 4 mentor, participated in the Praise and Worship Team, and currently serves as Vice President of the Prince of Peace chapter of the National Honor Society.

This fall, Elisabeth plans to attend Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she will study Engineering Management and Systems Engineering.

Congratulations to Ariel and Elisabeth on this well-deserved recognition. POPCS celebrates their hard work, leadership, and many accomplishments, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to use their God-given gifts in the years ahead.
