Academic Schedule
The school year is divided into two semesters: August - December and January - May. Each high school day includes eight 45 minute rotating class periods.

Graduation Requirements
4 credits - Theology (1 credit for each year of attendance)
4 credits - English
4 credits - Math
4 credits - Science
3 credits - Social Studies
2 credits - Foreign Language (same language each year)
1 credit - Physical Education
1 credit - Technology

1 credit - Elective
1 credit - Fine Arts
1 credit - Government / Economics
1/2 credit - Career and College Prep
1/2 credit - Communications Applications (Speech)
1/2 credit - Health
27.5 Credits Total

Grading System
A=90-100, B=80-89, C=70-79, D=65-69 and F=below 65

Ranking and GPA
Prince of Peace Christian School does not rank students. GPA is calculated and only includes courses taken at Prince of Peace. Honors and AP courses are weighted.
